When you are able, of course.

This video does the bike no justice, but suffice to say, it is beautiful and it was a STEAL.
Just another craigslist success story.
Drivers: please use caution when approaching this road bike novice.
Wonder if Emily will be pedaling this as yet unnamed lady during the South Shore triathlon we are considering.
First time ever on a tandem bike, and the back no less, and I am getting one just as soon as the bank forecloses on my farm.
Emily and her coworker Rebecca came over on Rebecca's tandem bike and these things are sweet.
Jen and I on the bike. Also prominently featured in this photo: my neighbor Ernie's arm. He was riding on the front handlebars, documenting the entire event for posterity.
Also, a video. It appears as though I am biking drunk here. Cars.
Proud of and happy for Jenny who put together a solid 30k run this morning. For those who don't live in Europe, or Canada for that matter, that is 18.6 miles.
Well on her way to a successful marathon. Two proud girls as well!

Jen made a giant pot of risotto, using my grandma's 100 year old receipe. Have you tried this? No, not the same as the stuff you get at the restaurant, either.
This, in conjunction with a great salad, chicken and a decent glass of wine, tasted great after my long day of running and riding.
Best part? The whole family came over. There is my dad and grandpa on the couch, inexplicably both wearing pink shirts. I have no problem with pink shirts, but there were a lot of them last night.
Then here are the girls, Jen, mom, grandma and Ashley.
Let's get a group shot! Violet and Penny jump in.
I'm a lucky guy.
Yes, the rumors are true.
Introducing the newest member of the family, the 2010 Toyota prius.

Without getting into a diatribe on the inhumane conditions that animals likely suffer through in zoos, please enjoy this video.
I was excited to snap a photo of this guy, who I have named "King in the Castle" riding down my block.
True, he just looks like a regular biker here, but zoom in a bit. King in the Castle rides around with his arms crossed. All the time! Who is this guy?
King in the Castle, that's who.
Violet wanted to add, "dude, where's your helmet?" I am still waiting to see his crown.
Yes, you have all been to the farmer's market, but Homewood's market features a few great shops I wanted to mention. I would highly recommend these few to those who make thier way out here on Saturday mornings.
Fatty's Cookies and baked goods
Seriously delicious cookies and brownies. Highlights include peanut butter toffee and oddly, chocolate chip. A bit on the spendy side for cookies, but worth it. David and Tracy are pictured.
Ey coffee
Great, local alternative to my favorite, starbucks.
Vio and Penny and our bikes
Don't be an ass and drive to the farmer's market. How far is it really from your place.
