Jen banged out her last long training run before the Chicago Marathon, October 11, today in excellent fashion, posting a time just over 3:50.  I was lucky enough to run a few with her between 11-17 and I can attest she is READY!  Who's coming to out with me to cheer her on?

Well, she is alive, and will apparently be auditioning for some type of hygenic swim team soon.

No, not Australia; Lasik surgery.

 In about 40 minutes this girl will be able to tell me what time it is when I get home really late and she is already sleeping.

Prep the eyes with iodine. Also a must.
 
I would likely vomit right as they told me to stay still during this surgery. Just the thought of them cutting my eye -- how did they come up with nonsense?

First time ever on a tandem bike, and the back no less, and I am getting one just as soon as the bank forecloses on my farm.
