You want fun. You want it now.

My dad, Brian (pictured left) and I went to the Cubs game last Friday and enjoyed a great day in the sun.

    I got a ball.

This usher lady who kept asking me to be quiet and stop yelling and stay in my seat and not sit in other people's seats and some other things which I was asked not to write about took some pictures of us after the game.

My dad and I bet how many shots she would take, and I won, picking the over. Bri set the line at four.

While I like all the pictures (naturally, as I am in them), I am quite partial to the fourth photo. Huch one soupy like?
(that was supposed to say "which one do you like?)

I will put the names of all commenters into a hat and draw a winner who will receive my current iTunes store balance. I heard at a blogging seminar that it engages readers to give them gifts.

    For to enjoy.

Please story us with how you got the ball... You can't just leave that out there. And I like number 3.

Oh man, the story is less than dramatic, and as such, was left out of the post. I was sitting pretty close to the field behind the visitors dugout and a coach threw the ball into the crowd after infield warm up between innings. I caught it sitting in my chair after it went through about five girls hands who were standing in the row in front of me. They then proceeded to call me an asshole (they weren't the first and they won't be the last). And no, I did not spill my beer.

Nope, I have still never caught a foul ball, even though I have been to hundreds of baseball games as an adult. I did have a foul ball hit me in the forearm as a kid when my uncle Terry took me to a White Sox game at old Comiskey in 1988.
